The induction grade rebar prices dropped further by INR 100-500/t d-o-d in the major supplying regions of India, SteelMint assessment shows. Prices fell due to limited demand and spot transactions along with continuously falling semi-finished steel prices. Prices in the near term may remain weak or witness slight changes as per the movement of semi-finished steel prices, sources expect.
