Steel Authority of India (SAIL) conducted an auction for 3,000 t steel grade pig iron yesterday from its Rourkela Steel Plant, Odisha. The auction received good participation as entire quantity fetched bid at INR 23,700-24,800/t EXW. The previous auction held on 06 Jul’20 for 4,000 t pig iron was concluded at INR 23,000-23,300 /t EXW.
