Steel Authority of India (SAIL) conducted an auction for 100,000 t iron ore fines (Fe 61.3%) from its Barsua mines in Odisha yesterday. The auction failed to fetch bids and the set base price was at INR 1,300/t loaded to rake, excld royalty.
