Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is India’s largest steelmaker and produces a variety of steel and iron products, has released an tender for tentative purchase of 29,000 MT iron ore pellet for its Rourkela Steel Plant, Odisha.
Validity: EMD should be valid for 6 months from the date of tender opening.

Eligibility
1. Bidder must be a manufacturer of Iron Ore Pellet.
2. Bidder must confirm to supply a minimum quantity of 7000 Ton of iron ore pellet by rail in a month to any Steel plants/PSUs/Public Limited Company during last seven years ending 31/3/2017.
3. The bidder shall submit company profile, self-attested copy of valid ISO certificate, audited balance sheet (for last three Financial Years), certificate of incorporation as a proof of their being producer of Iron Ore Pellet.

Bid opening date: 11 July’17 at 11:00 hrs IST
Note: Due to implication of GST from 01.07.2017, taxes & duties shall be applicable as per government notifications.
