PSU steelmaker Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction for 2,000 t (one rake) of basic grade pig iron to be held on 1 Dec’21 from the company’s Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in Jharkhand. At the previous auction on 17 Nov, 4,000 t of pig iron was booked at INR 39,600/t exw, as per SteelMint reports.
