PSU steel major SAIL has revised hot-rolled plate (20-40 mm, E250) prices to INR 67,000/t ($862/t) for early-June sales. The price is on exy Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%. Low buying interest and declining prices in both the domestic and global platforms are the prime factors behind this price cut.
