Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has posted 20% growth in crude steel production to 12.77 mnt in Apr-Dec’21 in comparison with 10.659 mnt in the corresponding period last year, as per company’s latest disclosure.
SAIL’s hot metal production stood at 13.82 mnt during the period, up 19% y-o-y, while saleable steel production rose by 22% to 12.46 mnt.
