SAIL intends to purchase about 77,830 t of ferro silicon (Si70% min) and 2,750 t of ferro silicon fines on a global tender basis for a period of two years with 4 months price discovery. For every 4 months, a quantity of 18,395 t of ferro silicon (Si-70% min) and 200 t of ferro silicon fines will be purchased for its different units. The last day for bid submission is 24 May.
