SAIL’s Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) held an auction for 2,500 t of steel grade pig iron on 7 May’24. The total quantity was booked at an average price of INR 43,250/t exw. The last auction had been conducted for 2,500 t of steel grade pig iron on 26 Apr’24, with the entire quantity getting booked at an average price of INR 41,400/t exw.
