India: SAIL-DSP to auction 800 t of pig iron on 12 Nov’21

SAIL will conduct an auction for 800 t of steel grade pig iron from the Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) on 12 Nov’21. At the previous SAIL auction on 28 Oct, 700 t of material was booked at a weighted average price of INR 44,050/t exw. SteelMint’s daily assessment for steel grade pig iron stood at INR 43,900/t exw-Durgapur on 6 Nov.
