SAIL’s Alloy Steel Plant (ASP) based in Durgapur concluded a reverse auction for 300 t of HC ferro chrome (HC60%) on 03 June’22. The material was booked at around INR 123,800/t delivered to plant (excluding GST) on 10 days’ credit basis, sources informed. Final negotiation with L1 is yet to be done from SAIL. According to SteelMint’s assessment on 02 June, HC ferro chrome (60%) prices were at around INR 115,500/t exw-Jajpur.
