Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) has invited bids for the procurement of 450 t of low-carbon (LC) ferro manganese (Mn: 92%, C: 0.15% max, 10-60 mm) for its Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. The last date for submission of bids is 16 Dec’24. Highest-priced bid elimination is applicable for the reverse auction qualification rule.
