India: RINL floats 1,800 t of ferro chrome purchase tender

Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), the corporate entity of Vizag Steel, has invited bids for procurement of 1,800 t (10-100 mm) of HC ferro chrome (60%) for six months from purchase order date (tentative supply period: Feb-Jul’23). The last date for bid submission is 6 Feb’23. SteelMint’s assessment for ferro chrome prices stood at INR 111,100/t exw-Jajpur on 25 Jan’23.
