Induction route rebar prices remained supported across regions. Prices were recorded as stable in some markets and also increasing by up to INR 600/t d-o-d. A sharp surge in steel billet prices prompted manufacturers to keep offers firm. However, purchase enquiries are limited. Blast furnace route rebar producers announced a hike in prices by INR 1,500-2,000/t for Feb’22.
