Domestic steel wire rod prices in Raipur, Chhattisgarh were stable d-o-d at INR 55,500/t exw. However, limited trade was seen in the spot market. About 1,700 t deals were concluded by some manufacturers and traders in the region. Adequate previous orders and marginal fluctuations in semi-finished steel prices prompted manufacturers to keep offers stable. Trade discounts are hovering at over INR 1,000/t.
