P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Raipur fell by INR 500/t to INR 34,700/t exw today. Fall in billet prices by INR 900/t, d-o-d, and persistent weak demand put pressure on sponge iron.
- Deals were reported at around INR 34,500-34,700/t against offers at INR 34,800-35,000/t on exw and FOR Raipur basis.
- Offers for DR CLO grade sponge were at INR 38,000/t exw.
