IF rebar prices declined further by up to INR 1,000/t today. The rebar market witnessed dull buying enquiries and spot transactions. The semi-finished steel market too saw dull sentiments prevailing. The decrease in future booking orders, and slowly accumulating inventories at mills, forced sellers to reduce offers. Prices are expected to remain weak in the near term, sources said.
