Prism Johnson’s cement and clinker sales volumes declined 6% y-o-y to 1.85 mnt in Q1FY27 from 1.96 mnt in Q1FY26 amid softer demand in Central India. However, premium product share rose sharply to 67% from 46%, supporting realizations. EBITDA/tonne remained stable on the year at INR 706 during the quarter despite lower volumes and input-cost pressures. Average lead distance improved to 344 km from 356 km, reflecting logistics efficiency.
