India’s primary aluminium producers have increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by up to INR 6,600/t ($79/t) recently. Nalco’s prices were at INR 255,700/t ($3,075/t), up by INR 6,600/t. Balco’s prices were at INR 254,250/t ($3,058/t). All prices were ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,650/t.
