India’s primary aluminium producers have increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by up to INR 1,750/t ($21/t). Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices are at INR 238,250/t ($2,863/t), up INR 1,500/t. Balco’s prices are at INR 236,000/t ($2,836/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,446/t.
