Jindal SAW has increased pellet (Fe63%) offers by INR 400/t ($5/t) to INR 10,600/t ($127/t) DAP Kandla on 9 Apr with 10,000 t deal by the plant. Iron ore (Fe 62%) fines spot prices increased by $6/t d-o-d to $104/t CFR China on 8 Apr post-holidays. The improvement in sponge and finished steel prices coupled with surge in pellet demand have supported pellet offers.
