India: POSCO increases CRC price by INR 2,200/t ($31) in Dec’20

India’s major cold-rolled steel manufacturer- POSCO announce a steep hike in the list price of CRC by around INR 2,200/t, SteelMint learned from its market channels. After the increase, effective prices of CRC stand at INR 57,000/t (exy-Mumbai). Robust demand in the auto, white, yellow goods sector and double-digit growth in consumer durable resulted in a steep hike in CRC prices.
