India: Portside Russian 6000 NAR prices at INR 18,500/t at Paradip Port

Portside prices of 6000 kcal/kg NAR are assessed at INR 18,500/t at Paradip Port amid rising demand for Russian coal in the Indian market. An August loading vessel for the same grade has also been booked at $190/t CFR India basis. Elevated prices of South African and Australian coal have compelled Indian cement and power units to use more Russian coal in blending.
