India: Patra prices fall by INR 500/t in Raipur

HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 500/t in Raipur while prices inched down by INR 200/t in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab market on 18 Feb’22, as per SteelMint reports. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 52,000/t exw-Raipur. Meanwhile, prices are assessed at INR 53,300/t exw-Mandi Gobindgarh. SteelMint reported patra prices in Raipur at INR 51,200/t last week – higher by INR 800//t w-o-w.
