India: Major ERW pipe makers to further raise prices by INR 1,000/t in Feb

Leading ERW pipe producers are planning to hike their list prices by INR 1,000/t on 20 Feb’22 on account of rising input costs in the domestic market, SteelMint learned from a Raipur-based distributor. Current trade offers for base grade ERW pipes (25-125 NB, 2.2-6 mm thickness) are assessed at INR 68,000/t exy-Delhi, INR 71,250/t exy-Mumbai and INR 69,000/t exy-Raipur. Prices exclude GST.
