Orissa Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (OMDC) has received stage II environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, and Forest & Climate Change for diversion of 21.52 ha forest land in Uliburu Reserve Forest with the future growth prospects, the company informed in a BSE filing. The land includes 2.107 ha of the safety zone for mining in Bagiaburu iron ore mines by OMDC in Keonjhar district, Odisha during the third RML period.
