NTPC Ltd. A GOVERNMENT OF INDIA ENTERPRISE, Invites Bids for Purchase of total 5.0 Million Tonnes of Imported Coal for its Different Units:
Korba/ Sipat/ Mouda/ Dadri/ Tanda/ Unchahar/ Simhadri/ Ramagundam/ Talchar Thermal/ Talchar Kaniha/ Rihand/ Vindhyachal/ Singrauli/ Farakka/ Kahalgaon/ Bardarpur/ Barh Power Plant
General Condition:
1. Bidder must be a mine owner of coal mine(s) (outside India), from where the quoted quantity of coal is being offered, having an aggregated annual production a minimum of 3.06 MMTPA in the preceding Financial year as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening..
2. Bidder should have supplied a minimum of 0.51 MMT of imported coal on FOB/ CIF/ FOR basis to any industrial utility/ State Electricity Boards (SEB) or State Gencos, directly or through Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), in any continuous twelve (12) months in one or multiple contracts during the past three (3) years reckoned from the date of Techno Commercial bid opening
3. The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening should not be less than INR 511 Crore or in equivalent foreign currency.
