At the investor’s call today on the occasion of the declaration of Q1 FY’22 results, leading state-run miner NMDC highlighted that target production for FY22 is 44 mn t. The new screening plant at Kirandul would add around 2-2.5 mn t/year. In addition, the company is planning to ramp up Kumaraswamy’s EC limit to 10 mn t from the current 7 mn t per annum.
