A Mini Ratna Company, MSTC Limited invites suppliers empanelment offers for supplying imported Non-coking Coal to various power utilities/buyers for the period of 1st November 2013 up to 31st October 2014.
General Conditions-
- MSTC intends to empanel two associate suppliers for each of the four zones in which the country has been notionally divided
- Minimum quantity of Coal for each zone has to be 0.5 Million Tonnes (MnT)
- The Tenderer must have past experience of sourcing imported Non-coking Coal ex China, Australia, Indonesia, South Africa etc and must have imported at least 0.3 MnT of Non-coking Coal during FY 13 directly or through any PSU or Imported at least 0.5 MnT of Non-coking Coal during the last two FY 12 & FY 13 directly or through any PSU
- The tenderer must also have an experience of effecting supplies/deliveries of imported Non-coking Coal in the last three financial years (FY 11, FY 12, FY 13) to Government/private utilities in India of at least a total of 0.5 MnT with a minimum supply of at least 0.1 MnT in each financial year.
The contract period shall be from 1st November 2013 up to 31st October 2014
