MOIL is going to conduct two auctions for sale of around 14,880 MT Manganese ore in the month of September.
MOIL, formerly known as Manganese Ore (India), is conducting two auctions to sale Manganese ore in various lots through Metal Scrap Trade Corporation (MSTC).
Auction shall be open for all consumers & non-consumers whether they have linkage or not.
General Conditions
- Dispatch mode cannot be changed from mines and materials are available on mine siding basis.
- Export are not permitted
- Material will be sold FoR MOIL mine siding basis through online forward auction process. In case of rake availability by successful bidder, dispatch will be by road/rail
- Bidders have to quote basic price of the material exclusive of all applicable levies like royalty, sales taxes, duties etc in INR/MT
Auction 1: Manganese ore (Lumps & Fines)
- Grade: Mn: 25-30%; Fe: 8.6-12%
- Quantity: 9,568 MT
- Mode of dispatch: Road/Rail
- Location: Dongri Buzurg Mine, Distt Bhandara (Maharashtra)
Bid Submission Due Date: 01 Sep, 2014 at 16.00 hrs IST
Bid Opening Date: 02 Sep, 2014 at 13.00 hrs IST
Auction 2: Ferro Grade Manganese Ore
- Grade: Mn: 46.5-48%; Fe: 7-9%
- Quantity: 5,312 MT
- Mode of dispatch: Road/Rail
- Location: Dongri Buzurg Mine, Distt Bhandara (Maharashtra)
Bid Submission Due Date: 03 Sep, 2014 at 16.00 hrs IST
Bid Opening Date: 04 Sep, 2014 at 13.00 hrs IST
Total Quantity: 14,880 MT (approx)
Bidders can bid for minimum 1 rake (1 rake = 2,750 MT) and thereafter in multiples of 1 rake. In case of road, they can bid minimum 16 MT and thereafter in multiples of 16 MT.
MOIL had conducted its last auction for sale of 6,782 MT Manganese ore on 14 Aug, 2014.
