Melting scrap prices witnessed considerable changes of INR 100-800/t in most of the scrap markets. Major contraction was seen in northern and western regions whereas prices in southern region observed slight fluctuations of INR 100-200/t. Near-term prices may remain range-bound or may see slight uptick in southern and western region, trade associates shared with SteelMint.
