Medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) prices in India saw a marginal rise of INR 200/t w-o-w, reaching INR 84,200/t ($960/t) exw-Durgapur as of 07 Aug’25. The slight uptick was supported by steady buying interest and limited supply, as major producers maintained controlled production levels. Offers were heard in the range of INR 83,500–85,500/t ($952–975/t), with a recent deal of around 120 t concluded at INR 84,500/t ($963/t).
