Medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) prices in India edged down by INR 250/t ($3/t) w-o-w to INR 82,650/t ($938/t) exw-Durgapur as of 18 Sep’25. Prices dropped due to weak demand from steel producers, oversupply in the domestic market, and fewer export orders. Offers ranged between INR 82,000-84,500/t ($931-959/t), with a deal for 150 t concluded at INR 82,500/t ($936/t).
