SteelMint’s price assessment for P-DRI (FeM 80%) fell by INR 300/t to INR 27,900/t exw-Raipur. Prices dropped further on lower bids amidst sluggish trends. Meanwhile, a couple of major suppliers reportedly put their kilns on maintenance, creating a slight shortfall in spot supply.
- 3,000 t deals were reported at INR 27,700-28,000/t against offers of INR 28,000-28,200/t on exw and DAP Raipur. The majority of bids were reported at INR 27,000-27,500/t but suppliers were not ready to sell.
