The induction furnace re-bar market witnessed limited demand and trading activity on 29 Nov’21. Rising semi-finished steel prices in the key markets supported manufacturers in a few regions to increase prices by INR 100-300/t, d-o-d. However, high inventories at mills in a few other markets are putting pressure on suppliers to keep prices stable in the spot market.
