India: Karnataka-based miners to auction over 300,000 t of iron ore

Around 335,620 t of iron ore are to be auctioned from Karnataka.

• Vedanta: 8,000-t (6-40 mm, Fe 54.25%) lumps and 8,000-t silicious lumps (6-40 mm, Fe 48.5-50%) on 6 Apr’26.
• SMIORE: 33,000-t lumps (5-20 mm, Fe 54.9-61.2%), 50,620-t fines (10-40 mm, Fe 52.8-61.2%), and 50,200-t fines (Fe 52.8-61.2%) on 7 Apr.
• KSMCL: 90,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 61.13-62.03%) and 146,000-t fines (Fe 61.37-61.9%) on 9 Apr.
