India: JSW Steel hikes rebar, wire rods prices again by up to INR 4,000/t ($52/t)

JSW Steel has announced the second price hike this month for long steel products to be effective from 7 Mar’22, sources informed SteelMint. Revised prices:

• Rebar (12-32mm) stands at INR 70,000-70,500/t ($909-916/t)
• Wire rods (5.5-6mm)- INR 69,000-69,500/t ($896-903/t)
• Prices are FOR Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%.
