India: Hindalco, Balco, Nalco hike aluminium ingots prices by up to INR 37,200/t ($483/t)

Hindustan Aluminium Corporation Limited (Hindalco), Bharat Aluminium Company (Balco) and National Aluminium Company Limited (Nalco) have increased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 14,750/t ($192/t), INR 14,500/t ($188/t) and INR 37,200/t ($483/t) respectively on 8 Mar’22, as per company sources.
Hindalco effective price stands at INR 347,750/t ($4,522/t). Balco’s price is INR 350,500/t ($4,557/t), while Nalco’s price is at INR 346,700 ($4,506/t).
