India: JSW hikes list prices of HRC, CRC by INR 2,000/t ($27)

Steel major JSW Steel has announced a hike in list prices of HRC and CRC by INR 2,000/t ($27) for Nov’21, company officials informed SteelMint.

• HRC stands at INR 71,000-71,500/t ($950-$956)
• CRC is at INR 81,000-81,500/t ($1,084-$1,090)

Prices are on exy-Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%. The hike is an outcome of cost inflation due to higher coal prices, besides increasing restocking activities.
