- Jindal SAW recorded pellet production of 728,000 t in H1FY’26, down 13.74% y-o-y as compared to 844,000 t in H1FY’25. The company produced 1.65 mnt of pellets in FY’25.
- Moreover, total sales were recorded at 578,000 t in H1FY’26, a major correction of 28.6% compared to 809,000 t in the first half of FY’25.
- The drop in production and sales was primarily due to domestic water challenges and liquidity issues.
