India: Jharkhand mills conclude over 6,000 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills sold 2,700 t of billets in a price range of INR 47,800-48,000/t exw-Ramgarh.
2,700 t of P-DRI and 900 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,900-32,100/t and INR 34,000-34,300/t exw-Ramgarh respectively.
Also, 2,500 t of C-DRI (100% lumps, FeM 78%) was sold at $465 CPT Nepal.
The market witnessed demand recovery on the back of improved sentiments.
