India: Jharkhand-based mills conclude 2,500 t of billet deals

Around 2,500 t of steel billets were sold by Ramgarh, Jharkhand-based manufacturers on ex-plant basis, as per latest deals heard by SteelMint.

• 1,200 t of billets (low-carbon, patra grade) were confirmed being sold at INR 47,000-47,200/t to the nearby regions.
• The rest, 1,300 t, was sold in the local market as well as the nearby regions at around INR 46,200-46,300/t exw.
