SteelMint’s assessment of iron ore concentrates (Fe 63%) in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur has fallen by INR 400/t, w-o-w, to INR 3,500/t exw.
Three deals for a total of 40,000 t of concentrates were heard concluded at INR 3,500/t exw basis. The recent reduction in iron ore prices by state-owned NMDC resulted in the lowering of bids for iron ore concentrates, buyer sources shared.
