HR strip (patra) prices dropped marginally by INR 100/t ($1/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh whereas prices remained unchanged d-o-d in Raipur today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,500/t ($626/t) exw-Mandi and INR 51,600/t ($627/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
