- Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL) hiked lead ingots prices by INR 2,100/t ($25/t) and zinc ingots prices increased by INR 5,200/t ($63/t) today as against 26 Dec.
- Effective prices of lead ingots stand at INR 227,300/t ($2,745/t), and special high-grade zinc at INR 279,900/t ($3,380/t)exw-Jodhpur.
- Its total capacity for zinc smelter is 913,000 t and 210,000 t for lead.
