India: Hindalco, Balco lower aluminium ingot prices INR 2,250/t ($29/t)

Hindalco and Balco have reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by INR 2,250/t ($29/t, respectively, as against 5-May’22.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 256,000/t ($3,340/t) exw, while Balco’s price stands at INR 258,500/t ($3,373/t) exw.
The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $2,916/t yesterday, as against $2,911/t the previous trading day.
