India’s primary aluminium producers reduced ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by up to INR 5,250/t ($60/t) compared to 17 Aug’25. Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices stood at INR 269,000/t ($3,052/t), down by INR 5,250/t ($60/t), while Balco’s tags were at INR 272,250/t ($3,089/t), down by INR 5,000/t ($57/t). All prices are ex-works, excluding GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME stood at $2,682/t.
