India: High-grade zinc ingots prices increase by INR 13,000/t ($172/t)

Prices of domestic zinc special high-grade ingots increased by INR 13,000/t ($172/t) today as against 1 Apr’22, as per market sources.
The effective price of high-grade zinc ingots are at INR 367,000/t ($4,860/t) ex-Delhi. However, lead primary ingots prices remain stable at INR 195,000/t ($2,582/t) exy Delhi.
Positive MCX zinc future prices and supply shortage resulted in the surge in prices.
