Heidelberg Cement India has entered into a 50-year mine development and production agreement with the Madhya Pradesh government for the Sukha-Satpara limestone block in Damoh district. The 216-hectare block was secured through a 2023 auction and has estimated limestone resources of around 63 million tonnes. The agreement strengthens the company’s long-term limestone resource base and supports future raw material security.
