Heavy structure steel prices opened stable d-o-d in Raipur today. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 57,000/t exw. Despite subdued trading activity in the spot market, suppliers kept offers unchanged due to higher raw material prices. Trade discounts are hovering at around INR 1,200-1,500/t. Meanwhile, in Durgapur (Eastern region), prices of the same size structures were assessed at INR 55,800-56,200/t yesterday.
